These positions require heavy physical exertion, lifting up to 35 lbs., bending, climbing and working in awkward positions. Production Helpers may move on to Erector Assembler positions, Shipper positions, Spray Painter positions or Reserve Burner positions. Production Helpers start at $15.62 with 2nd and 3rd shift positions receiving an additional premium. After your first sixty (60) days, you will receive an additional $0.50 per hour and incremental increases during your very first year.
